After a hectic cruise and several tours in Rome, this hotel turned out to be a mixed experience. The rooms, though small and not sound-proof near the elevator, were clean and suitable for a city break where you're not in your rooms much anyway. The service was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and helpful, making up for some of the room issues. The location, close to the metro station but with some unpleasant elements around, had its ups and downs. The dining options were worth pre-purchasing but slightly limited. Overall, a stay with some highlights and drawbacks.
